List
We
do not ask for down payments higher than US$/€ 10.00 for any
job to be done,
as long as the estimated balance due
will not exceed US$/€ 500.00.
- Email assistance is
covered in most cases by this US$/€ 10.00
down payment. If creation of your custom troubleshooting manual will
use up more than 15 minutes we will email
you an invoice to be balanced prior to reception of the troubleshooting
manual.
- On-phone, on-line and
on-site assistance will be invoiced upon completion of job to be done.
Payment will be due
upon receipt of our invoice and has to be balanced
by credit card or wire transfer.
- Please accept that
on-phone assistance will be provided to repeat customers ONLY. In order
to be able to provide maximum efficient on-phone assistance we have to
know your PC physically (due to prior on-line [remote] or on-site
assistance.

try to make requesting assistance as easy as possible for you.
Therefore we do not request you to register with us ... no sign up, no
login.

For
Remote Assistance Requests only:
- By
clicking the assistance link you agree to installation of the Remote
Assistance plug-in on your computer. Note that this plug-in consists of
a single executable file approximately 370KB in size and is unpacked
into a temporary folder automatically. No registry entries or hooks
into your browser are created and the files are removed automatically
the next time you perform a Disk Cleanup.
- Depending
on your browser's configuration, the plug-in will open and install
automatically, or it will be saved to your disc (most of the times to
your desktop). If you have the choice to open and install or to
download the executable file choose Open. If it was saved to your
disc/desktop, double-click the downloaded file; this will initiate the
automatic installation.
- Once
you will be connected with us, your desktop image will disappear
temporary for the period of the remote assistance session and re-appear
after we will have closed the session.
- At
remote session start a chat window will open simultaneously, showing
time of session start. We will comment every adjustment/correction
done. You can watch the entire procedure. Session end will be initiated
by the time of session end shown in your session chat window. We
believe in your honesty and do not request any deposit. Payment will be
due upon receipt of our invoice and has to be balanced by credit card
or wire transfer.
General:

if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such
action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply
with legal process served on G*Team Solutions or the Site; (b) protect

- Control of your
